Rep. Loudermilk vows to subpoena report on Secret Service’s J6 pipebomb security failure
Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) has vowed to issue a subpoena to compel the release of Homeland Security Department’s report on the Secret Service’s failure to detect a pipebomb outside the Democratic National Committee headquarters on January 6. “Sometimes the threat of a subpoena is stronger than a subpoena because we don’t want to get to the point where they just try to tie it up in litigation. We’re going to use every tool in the toolbox to get to it, but if a subpoena is what has to happen we can do it,” he says.
