Representative Ralph Norman (R-SC) expects the House budget resolution to pass with razor-thin Republican support tonight. Rep. Norman says that while no bill is perfect, he's glad it includes President Donald Trump’s tax cuts and funding for Border Czar Tom Homan’s mass deportation agenda.
