Representative Tom Tiffany (R-WI) says Chinese citizens are traveling to the Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. territory in the western Pacific Ocean, in order to establish birthright citizenship for their children. “There are more children being born to Chinese nationals than there is to native people of the Marianas.
