Report: Electricity gradually restored in city of Kherson

Ukrainian officials say electricity is being gradually restored in the city of Kherson as millions of Ukrainians we without power in recent weeks amid intensified Russian shelling. Earlier today, the national power supply company Ukrenergo said that 75% of electricity demand is being met across Ukraine.
