Robert Greenway: China-Russia ‘new axis of evil’ is forming before our eyes

Robert Greenway, Director of the Center for National Defense at the Heritage Foundation, explains how the Biden administration’s failure to confront China and Russia on an economic level led to the forming of the “new axis of evil.” “I think it’s early though and I think that there are some reversable trends,” Greenway says. “We certainly do not want them to establish cooperation and I think one of the most dangerous is an economic result where you’ve got Russian pipelines connecting them.”
