Roger Foley, a Canadian man diagnosed with Cerebellar Ataxia, says the Canadian healthcare system has repeatedly offered him medically assisted suicide despite his wishes. “I’m just trying to remain alive and fight for the homecare that I need to live and it’s just a horrible system with many titanium barriers,” he says.
