Rudy Giuliani says New York City has a long history of corruption under Democratic leadership

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani says the Big Apple needs an independent or Republican Mayor governing the city. “If you just look at the 150 years of the city, it’s always been corrupt under Democrat mayors. Either the Democrat mayor himself is corrupt or the corruption is going on around like [former NYC Mayor] Koch,” he says.
