Russian ambassador calls Ukraine a failed state living on western donations
Andrei Kelin, Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, said Wednesday that Russia and Ukraine have drastically different potential as countries. He suggested that Ukraine would become a catastrophe if it continues to sustain a prolonged war with Russia, subsisting on foreign support.
