Ryan Walters says the Educational Choice for Children Act will increase academic success nationwide

Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters explains how the Educational Choice for Children Act would “unlock God-given potential like never before.” “We’ve seen it here in Oklahoma. We introduced universal school choice two years ago. Everything’s getting better, all academic outcomes. The public schools have to get better because that’s the pressure applied to them. Parents are able to choose private, Christian, and charter schools and homeschools for their children,” he says. “And what we are seeing are parents that are excited, students that are achieving better, and frankly a future that is looking brighter for not only the individual children, but the state and the country as a whole.”
