South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says his office will lead the prosecution of Rosali Fernandez Cruz, an illegal immigrant charged with killing University of South Carolina student Nate Baker in a hit-and-run. Wilson says he will continue to take an aggressive position on combating illegal immigrant crime in Sout Carolina.
