Secretary of State Antony Blinken meets with China’s top diplomat Wang Yi

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with China's top diplomat, Wang Yi, Thursday in Indonesia. Wang Yi is the foreign policy chief for the Chinese Communist Party. The meeting happened on the sidelines of the ASEAN foreign minister's meeting in Jakarta. It is the latest in a series of increased high-level interactions between Washington, D.C. and Beijing in an effort to stabilize relations between the world's two biggest economies.
