Sen. Lee: Passing the REINS Act would put Americans back in charge of their government

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) explains how the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act would restore the government’s separation of powers and limit federal bureaucrat's legislative abilities. “Winning elections isn’t enough anymore,” says Sen.
