Senate probe on origins of Covid-19 finds evidence detailing Wuhan lab leak theory

A Senate investigation into the origins of Covid-19 released a new report on Wednesday with new evidence supporting the theory that the pandemic virus originated from a lab accident in Wuhan, China. The report also reveals evidence indicating that Chinese government officials had some level of awareness of an infectious disease outbreak at the Wuhan Institute of Virology well before the news was made public in December 2019.
