Severe winter weather freezes Dallas with snow and ice

Severe cold and ice in Dallas have led to the cancellation of more than 1,600 flights and snarled traffic. Despite cold weather and icy conditions, the Texas power grid is working and no problems are expected according to Gov. Greg Abbott.
