South Carolina AG Wilson ‘guardedly optimistic’ SCOTUS will uphold ban on youth trans treatment

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says he’s hopeful the U.S. Supreme Court will uphold Tennessee’s ban on puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgical interventions for children. “I think the Supreme Court will uphold this law and prevent these types of laws from being struck down so we can protect the health and welfare of our children in our respective states,” he says.
