Stephen Moore: It's time to "cut back" on government spending

Senior Economic Contributor at Freedom Works, Stephen Moore joined Amanda Head and former GA Rep. Doug Collins on Just The News, No Noise arguing that domestic programs should be first on the chopping block when it comes to curbing government spending.

Moore went on to specifically criticize the Biden administration's $300 billion green energy "slush fund" as well as the initiative to add additional agents to the IRS.
