Tennessee House votes to expel Rep. Jones following state capitol gun-protest participation
The Tennessee House of Representatives voted Thursday to expel Representative Justin Jones, D-Nashville, from the General Assembly by a vote of 72 to 25. Jones was expelled for breaking House rules and leading a gun protest on the chamber’s floor.
