Texas teacher’s union president: Gov. Abbott failed our schools with underfunding

Ovidia Molina, President of the Texas State Teachers Association, spoke out against the Texas Education Agency’s takeover of Houston’s public school district, one of the nation’s largest school systems. “…[Governor Greg Abbott] failed all of our schools by underfunding them. He is part of the problem and should step aside so that the school district can continue to get better,” said Molina.
