Moms For Liberty Co-Founder Tiffany Justice says children’s free speech rights will be chilled and girls’ spaces will be erased if President Joe Biden’s trans-inclusive Title IX changes are allowed to take effect. “If you’re not willing to change your child’s gender and affirm that want of change of gender, now they can report you for child abuse because the federal government has now given them a mandate to socially transition your child,” she says.
