U.S. Oil & Gas Association President, Tim Stewart, says the Biden Administration “kneecapped” the oil and gas industry as the economy was recovering from the pandemic. Stewart continues, saying that the industry today is 1-1.5 million barrels behind where they were prior to President Biden taking office.
