Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt says FBI whistleblower Marcus Allen’s settlement agreement with the agency is a “huge, huge win” for all whistleblowers. In February 2022, Allen was suspended without pay and benefits and had his security clearance revoked after he spoke out about FBI Director Christopher Wray’s January 6 testimony.
