Trump appeals judge ruling ordering Pence to testify in Jan. 6 probe

Donald Trump appealed a sealed order Monday requiring former Vice President Mike Pence to testify before a grand jury about the former President’s actions leading up to the January 6 Capitol riot. Trump has previously attempted to block testimony by claiming executive privilege. Pence could be called to testify as early as this week.
