Trump vows to ban VA from funding transgender surgeries and sex-change operations

During a campaign event in Windham, New Hampshire Tuesday, former President Donald Trump vowed to prohibit the Veterans Association from funding transgender surgeries and sex-change procedures. Trump also pledged to restore his ban on transgender people in the military.
