Venice auhorities investigate mysterious green water in Grand Canal
A mysterious patch of phosphorescent green water appeared in Venice's Grand Canal over the weekend, and local authorities are investigating the incident with the help of the police and surveillance videos. Environmental activists poured charcoal in Rome's Trevi Fountain a week prior but deny any responsibility for the green water in Venice.
