Vice President Harris heads to Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia

Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband departed from Joint Base Andrews on Saturday to visit Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia. Harris is set to hold talks with the president of each country in order to strengthen U.S. relationships in Africa.
