‘Way too much government’: Rep. Davidson calls to repeal the 16th Amendment, end income tax

Representative Warren Davidson (R-OH) announces legislation to end the federal income tax by repealing the 16th Amendment. "They passed the 16th amendment to make it legal to tax people's income. It was originally just going to be for the really, really rich people. And of course, now it's hitting everybody," Rep. Davidson says. "And even if you don't have a lot of income, you still have to file so the government spies on everything."
