WH confirms that they believe North Korea is supplying Russia with weapons

The Biden Administration has confirmed that their position is that North Korea is supplying Russia with artillery rounds. CNN first reported that artillery shells for use in the Ukraine invasion were being replenished by North Korea. National Security Council Coordinator, John Kirby, says it's a reflection of Russia's chronic shortages on the battlefield.
