WHO describes the war in Ukraine as largest attack on European health since WWII
The WHO Europe Director, Hans Kluge, said that the onset of a brutal Winter after the destruction of roughly half of Ukraine's energy infrastructure makes Russia's missile strikes the "largest attack on health care on European soil since the Second World War."
