Putin arrives in North Korea, the Kremlin says

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday arrived at the North Korean capital of Pyongyang, the Kremlin said.

Putin plans to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, as the relationship between the two countries has become increasingly close in recent years.
