Reform UK has received a second £36 million ($48.7 million) donation after cryptocurrency investor Christopher Harborne said he'd match a donation announced late on Friday.

Harborne wrote in The Telegraph that his "competitive spirit" led him to match the donation from Ben Delo, a British businessman and philanthropist.

Delo's donation was the largest ever given to a United Kingdom political party, and combined with Harborne's match, they are greater than the total received by all United Kingdom parties last year, the BBC reported

"Thanks to the generosity of Christopher Harborne and Ben Delo, Reform will now be able to fight and win the next general election on a level playing field. Britain is broken. Only Reform has what it takes to fix it," Nigel Farage, head of the party, said in a post on X
