Israel launched strikes on military targets in Iran, as Iran warns its attacks will intensify

Israeli Defense Forces say that the country’s air defenses have intercepted three drones near the city of Eilat, on the southern tip of Israel, and possible hostile aircraft triggered sirens in northern Israel.

Israel reportedly launched overnight strikes against the Iranian Ministry of Defense headquarters in Tehran as the conflict in the Middle East continued. 

Citing the Tasnim News Agency, an Iranian state media outlet, CNN reported that the strike caused minor damage to an administrative building. 

The Times of Israel reported that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is warning Tehran will intensify its attacks on Israel if its adversary continues to strike nuclear and military targets in Iran. 

Israeli Defense Forces say that the country’s air defenses have intercepted three drones near the city of Eilat, on the southern tip of Israel. Warning sirens went off early Sunday morning in northern Israel due to warnings of a possible hostile aircraft in the area.
