The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot has subpoenaed and obtained phone records from numbers associated with former President Donald Trump's son, Eric Trump, and Donald Trump Jr.'s fiance, Kimberly Guilfoyle, anonymous sources reportedly told CNN.

These subpoenas would be the first from the committee to target members of the Trump family. CNN reports that more than 100 people have already had call records subpoenaed by the committee. Former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows is currently suing to stop the subpoena of him and his phone records. He was held in contempt for not cooperating with the committee.

The subpoenaed records from Trump and Guilfoyle show incoming and outgoing calls, as well as the time and length of calls. The committee also obtained contentless text messages.

CNN reports that a source familiar with Eric Trump said, "He's not losing any sleep over" over the subpoena.

Guilfoyle's attorney, Joseph Tacopina, said his client is unaware of any subpoenas for call records, but a subpoena would be "of no consequence to her because she has absolutely nothing to hide or be concerned about."
