Jan. 6 select committee to vote during hearing on subpoena for Trump: reports

The House Select Committee on Jan. 6 attack investigating the Capitol riot is expected to vote to subpoena former President Donald Trump, sources told NBC News.

Thursday's public hearing is likely to be the last before the release of the final report.

Mississippi Democratic Rep. Bennie Thompson, chairman of the Select Committee on Jan. 6, told Just the News earlier this month that the panel's final report won't be out before the Nov. 8 election.
