Arkansas joins with 19 other states in filing calling for ouster of Special Counsel Jack Smith

The states participating in addition to Arkansas include Florida, Iowa, Alabama, Alaska, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.

Arkansas joined 19 other states on Friday in the appeal of the United States of America vs. Donald Trump case in Florida, which argues that Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed illegally and should be ousted. 

Smith is handling the case against Trump over his handling of classified documents in the Southern District of Florida.

The states participating in addition to Arkansas include Florida, Iowa, Alabama, Alaska, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.
