Consersative journalist Andy Ngo has reportedly filed a lawsuit against an Antifa group and others who attacked him last year at a rally in Oregon.

Ngo has reportedly filed the suit in a circuit court in the state’s Multnomak County, alleging assault, battery and the intentional infliction of emotional distress by Rose City Antifa and others. Antifa is a far-left extremist group, which the Justice Department on Thursday identified as being part of the violent protests associated with the recent George Floyd demonstrations.

Rose City Antifa could not be immediately reached Thursday for comment.

An attack on Ngo, which appears to show him being sprayed in the face, was captured on a widely viewed YouTube video.

"Defendants have sought to suppress independent journalist Ngo’s activities through a coordinated pattern of violent, harassing, and stalking behavior,” the suit states, according to The Post Millennial, for which Ngo is an editor at large.
