DOJ argues in court filing for reinstatement of Trump’s ban on certain media outlets at White House

A judge had ordered a temporary reinstatement of each outlet's access at the White House after the last hearing.

The U.S. Justice Department is asking the court to allow President Trump to reinstate his previous ban on CNN, MS NOW and Politico at the White House. 

The argument was made in a court filing late Friday prior to a hearing next week.
