Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen to testify for second time in Trump's hush money trial Tuesday
Prosecutors have alleged that Trump had falsified business records when Cohen was reimbursed for the payment that he made to Daniels.
Michael Cohen, a former attorney for former President Trump, is expected to take the stand for the second time in Trump's hush money trial on Tuesday.
Cohen, who first testified on Monday, has said he made a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels on behalf of Trump ahead of the 2016 presidential election in exchange for her silence about an alleged affair that took place back in 2006. Daniels was reportedly planning to take story public.
Trump has denied an alleged affair with Daniels.

Daniels, who testified in the hush money trial last week, had a heated exchange over the payment with Trump's attorney, Susan Necheles.
