Baltimore Judge Yvette Bryant sentenced Patrick Brice, 28, to one year of home confinement and three years of probation for attacking two pro-life activists.

The ruling was announced on Thursday. The two activists who were attacked outside a Planned Parenthood location are 73-year-old Mark Crosby and 84-year-old Richard Schaefer.

Crosby was left with several injuries.

Brice told the activists they were “bothering vulnerable people” shortly before he attacked them, according to a report from The Daily Wire that included surveillance footage.
