Missouri attorney general sues IBM over alleged violation of Missouri Human Rights Act
"Outrageous - and illegal," Bailey says
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed a lawsuit on Thursday against IBM for allegedly violating the Missouri Human Rights Act.
"IBM not only subjects job applicants to unlawful racial quotas, but bases current employees’ pay on whether they participate in IBM’s corporate racism. Outrageous - and illegal," Bailey wrote on X, announcing the lawsuit.
"Outrageous - and illegal," he added.
Bailey wrote on X that the CEO of IBM was "caught on video bragging about his systematic discrimination."
SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who owns X, responded to Bailey's post.
"Equal treatment is the law. IBM leadership deliberately, repeatedly and brazenly broke the law," he wrote.
