The attempt to dismiss Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in the 2020 Georgia election interference case was filed on behalf on former President Trump and eight of his co-defendants. 

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee's made his decision in a 23-page court ruling.
