Suspect in killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO denied bail after murder charge

The suspect arrested in connection with the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was denied bail on Tuesday after being charged with murder.

Luigi Mangione will be held in the state of Pennsylvania where he was arrested until his next hearing.

Mangione, 26, faces one count of murder, one count of second-degree possession of a forged document, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and one count of third-degree criminal possession of a gun, according to court documents.
