Texas 'Trump Train' highway bus confrontation trial begins
Former Texas state senator and Democratic nominee for governor Wendy Davis, a campaign volunteer, a staffer and the bus driver are suing.
The trial in Texas connected to the "Trump Train" highway confrontation from the 2020 election cycle is expected to start on Monday.
Democrats on a Biden-Harris campaign bus said at the time that supporters of former President Donald Trump in cars and on bikes harassed their bus for about 90 minutes.
A Biden-Harris campaign staffer's car was apparently hit as a result of the confrontation and the bus driver had to avoid directly colliding with vehicles.
