Former President Trump lost his appeal of the gag order issued against him in the New York hush money criminal case.

Trump was found guilty on all counts in the case in May. His sentencing is expected in September.

A five-judge panel ruled sided with Judge Juan M. Merchan on Thursday, ruling that he was correct in maintaining parts of the gag order.

The gag order will remain in effect, given Thursday's ruling.
