New York Judge Juan Merchan declined to recuse himself from former President Trump's hush money case for the third time on Wednesday.

Trump's legal team made the argument that Merchan has a conflict of interest due to his daughter's political consultancy work.

A jury found Trump guilty on all counts in the case. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 18.
