Train leaving N Korea for Russia likely with leader Kim Jong Un aboard

A train presumably carrying North Korea leader Kim Jong Un on Monday reportedly departed for Russia, where Kim is expected to meet with Russian leaders including President Vladimir Putin about supplying them with arms in their war on Ukraine.
