Attorney General Pam Bondi fired another Department of Justice paralegal on Friday for allegedly giving the middle finger to a National Guard member on her way to her job.

The incident apparently occured at the Metro Center Metro Stop.

According to several reports, the employee, Elizabeth Baxter, works in the same building as paralegal Sean Charles Dunn, who allegedly threw a sandwich at a Border Protection officer.

According to Bondi, she told a DOJ security guard about the incident and said, “F–k the National Guard.”

“Based on your inappropriate conduct towards National Guard service members, your employment with the Department of Justice is hereby terminated, and you are removed from federal service effective immediately,” Bondi wrote in a memo.
