A glove containing DNA evidence was recovered about two miles from Nancy Guthrie’s home and it "appears to match" a glove that was worn by the person captured on the doorbell camera footage the morning she went missing, according to an FBI spokesperson.

The FBI is currently “awaiting quality control and official confirmation” before putting the “unknown male profile into CoDIS, the national database unique to the bureau,” the spokesperson said, according to NewsNation.
