FBI agents seized former Rep. Eric Swalwell's, D-Calif., electronic devices when he arrived at San Francisco Airport this week.

The agency confiscated the devices as part of an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against him, the Daily Mail reported.

Swalwell resigned from Congress and ended his gubernatorial bid earlier this year amid renewed scrutiny of his time in office and new allegations from women.

He previously sought the Democratic nomination for president in 2020 and was a prominent anti-Trump "resistance" figure.
