FDA approves drug for Alzheimer's patients, first in nearly 20 years

The Food and Drug Administration of Monday approved the first drug to treat Alheimer's patients since 2003, according to multiple news reports. 

The drug will treat slow cognitive decline in early-stage patients, according to The Washington Post.
