Representative Claudia Tenney (R-NY) discusses the raid on former President Donald Trump's home in Mar-a-Lago and how she believes that this is like another impeachment.

"We have a weaponized justice system between the DOJ, Department of Justice, FBI, and the U.S. Attorney's Office," Tenney said on Just the News, Not Noise. "I call this impeachment 4? 5? 6? I don't know where we are at this point. They're doing everything they can to get to him."

Earlier in the segment, co-host John Solomon broke the news that the FBI was given a voluntary tour of the Mar-a-Lago compound by President Trump two months ago. According to Solomon, the former president told the FBI and the Justice Department they could come look anytime they wanted, and yet he was raided two months later. Tenney said that she had heard that.

"I think he mentioned just in passing that there was not an issue and that they had worked this out with the FBI and they were a little surprised," Tenney recalls. "Of course, he (Trump) was not the least bit believing of the Biden administration that claims he didn't know anything about it. Obviously the president kind of scoffed at that. But look, this is exactly what the public are seeing: a two tiered justice system."

Tenney then talked about the January 6 committee.

"The J 6 committee is a post indictment show trial," Tenney stated. "So they're going to try to indict him through violating everything that we know that is there to protect citizens. They're doing the show trial: trying him in the court of public opinion with predetermined outcomes."

Tenney believes that this raid is just another attempt to make sure that Trump cannot run for president in 2024.

"They're going to try to attempt to stop him from running for president," Tenney said. "And that's really what it's about. Because they're afraid he will get out there and he will run and he will win. And the American people see him as the bold person that is authentic, a little rough around the edges, as we all know, but the one person who will stand up to them in the breech and face them and be tough."
